How an enquiry is considered

  1. Tell us what you can teach and who it may help.
  2. Share relevant experience or examples that can be verified.
  3. Discuss a possible course format and the information still requiring confirmation.
  4. Review the scope, responsibilities, rights, and conditions before any agreement.
Instructor compensation. TC Academy pays 60% of that course’s net sales as instructor compensation — this is the basic rule for all courses; detailed calculation and payment terms follow the instructor agreement. No automatic acceptance: course approval, contract terms, schedule, qualifications, and launch timing are considered individually and confirmed for each proposal before publication or agreement.

An academy designed for many instructors

Flower lettering is the first course example in preparation. It demonstrates one possible field and does not define the entire academy. TC Academy will not present one instructor as the owner of every subject or rely on one person for the whole service.

Instructor income, learner outcomes, sales, and career results are never guaranteed. Selling your work through Treasure Castle is a separate, optional process from TC Academy: it requires an application, a product review, agreement to the Treasure Castle Consignment Seller Terms, and an Individual Product Agreement for each item. Enrolling in or paying for a TC Academy course does not by itself grant selling eligibility, list any item automatically, or guarantee that anything will sell.

You don't have to know everything to teach a "1" or a "2"

What matters is teaching what you already know honestly, and continuing to learn yourself.

A lot of people who would make good instructors never apply because they assume teaching requires decades of experience, formal credentials, or being more knowledgeable than anyone else. TC Academy does not ask for that.

If you have reached level 3 in something, you already have something worth teaching to someone starting at level 1: what to try first, where beginners usually get stuck, what makes things click, and what order to learn things in. As you keep learning and grow toward 4, 5, and beyond, what you are able to teach grows with you. TC Academy is not looking for people who already know everything. It is looking for people who never stop learning.

This does not mean anyone can teach anything. We do not want instructors describing things they have not actually experienced as if they had, implying qualifications or results they do not have, or stating things beyond what they genuinely understand. Teach the range you can currently explain responsibly — and being able to say "I don't know" or "let me check and get back to you" is part of being a good instructor, not against it.

What TC Academy looks for in an instructor

Genuinely interested

You are drawn to the subject yourself, not teaching it because someone told you to.

Keeps learning

You keep picking up new knowledge and skills after you start teaching, not just before.

Enjoys teaching

You find it satisfying when something you know finally makes sense to someone else.

Teaches honestly

You do not pretend to know what you don't, and you stay within what you can responsibly explain.

Thinks like a beginner

You pay attention to where a learner is likely to get confused, not only to what you already understand.

Knowing something and being able to teach it are not the same thing

Having a lot of knowledge does not automatically make someone easy to learn from. A good course needs a clear path — where a beginner starts, what they learn, in what order, and what they can do by the end. TC Academy does not leave that design entirely to the instructor: we work with you on course structure, how to turn your experience into material, and how it is presented. You do not need to arrive with finished teaching materials.

For example, someone who has sold items on a flea-market app for three years, and has learned what makes a product photo or a listing description work, can teach a first-time seller the basics — how to list an item, how to take a usable photo, how to write a description, and where beginners usually go wrong. That does not require being a professional e-commerce consultant. It also does not mean teaching advanced territory that person has not actually worked in. Teach what you can teach today, and keep growing from there.

What feels like "I'm still only at level 3" to you may be exactly the experience someone at level 1 needs. Becoming an instructor is not the end of learning for you — it means you keep learning, with the people you teach learning alongside you.

This is part of why TC Academy exists: to connect people around the world who hold knowledge, skills, and experience with people who want to learn them, using AI, the web, online courses, and multilingual tools to help that reach across languages and borders. Some of this is still being built, and we are careful not to describe features that are still in progress as if they were already fully available everywhere — but the direction stays the same: your experience, wherever you are, can reach someone who needs it.

Work, hobbies, qualifications, experience, or something you've simply kept doing for a long time — start by telling us what you can do. Together we can work out what could become a course, who it could be for, whether there is demand, and how best to teach it.
