What is TC Academy?
It is a growing online academy that connects people with knowledge, experience, and practical skills with people who want to learn.
Is TC Academy a flower lettering specialist site?
No. Flower lettering is the first course example now in preparation. The academy is designed to expand across educational support, languages, fitness, art, handmade crafts, practical professional skills, and other fields.
Which courses can I take now?
Use the course directory and each linked course page for the current status. A "preparing" label does not mean that enrolment, fees, or a launch date have been confirmed.
How do I find the fee or start date?
Those details are published on the individual course page only after confirmation. TC Academy does not invent provisional prices or dates.
Are qualifications or results guaranteed?
No. Qualification arrangements differ by course and must be confirmed. Learning outcomes, sales, income, employment, and other results are not guaranteed.
Can I enquire about becoming an instructor?
Yes. Read the instructor information, then use the dedicated formal instructor application in the TC Academy Portal. The basic instructor compensation rule is 60% of eligible TC Academy sales. The team reviews your application and responds by email; acceptance and a contract are not automatic.
Can I ask for a course in another subject?
Yes. Use the dedicated Learner Enquiry / Pre-registration form. Pre-registration records interest only; it does not confirm a purchase, a course place or a launch date.

How do I contact TC Academy?

Do ordinary TC Academy purchases have an eight-day cooling-off period?
No universal statutory eight-day cooling-off or refund period automatically applies to ordinary one-off online lessons or ordinary digital course materials. After a lesson has been delivered, or after access to digital materials has been enabled, refunds for the learner's own convenience are normally unavailable. Non-delivery, material service failure, duplicate payment and other matters requiring a legal or contractual remedy are reviewed by TC Academy.
