TC Academy Instructor Registration Process
This page explains the process from instructor application and review through identity verification and access to the instructor portal.
Submit one formal application through the TC Academy Portal, including what you can teach, your experience, and your preferred course format.
STYLE FREE / TC Academy reviews the information you submitted. Submitting an application does not automatically register you as an instructor.
As the review proceeds, you will confirm the conditions covering instructor activities, compensation, teaching materials, intellectual property, prohibited conduct, and related matters.
After the initial review is approved, we may ask you to complete identity verification using Stripe Identity or another designated method. Any identity-verification link is issued individually.
After identity verification and any other required procedures are completed, we will provide access to the TC Academy instructor portal.
Functions for instructor activities, courses and teaching materials, compensation, scheduled payouts, and—when you use the product sales program—sales status are made available in stages.
If you want to use Treasure Castle for consignment sales, purchase transactions, or made-to-order sales, you must separately accept the Sales Program Terms and complete the applicable product review and individual-condition confirmation.
Review and apply
TC Academy instructor functions in the dedicated portal are currently being verified and activated in stages. The existence of a public information page does not mean that every instructor function has already been enabled in production.
