返品について
当店では商品到着後 30日以内 の返品をお受けしております。
返品の対象となるには、商品が受け取ったときと同じ状態（未使用・未着用、タグ付き、元のパッケージ入り）である必要があります。また、レシートまたは購入証明が必要です。
返品を開始するには info@treasurecastle.online までご連絡ください。返品が承認された場合、返品先住所および手順をご案内いたします。事前のご連絡なしに送られた商品はお受けできません。
不良品や破損について
商品到着後すぐにご確認いただき、破損や不良、誤配送があった場合はすぐにご連絡ください。

これらの商品については返品をお受けできません。
返品送料について

お客様都合の場合（イメージ違い・サイズ違いなど） → 返品送料はお客様のご負担となります。

当店都合の場合（不良品・破損・誤配送など） → 返品送料は当店が負担いたします。
返金について
返品商品を確認後、承認された場合は 10営業日以内 にご利用のお支払い方法にて返金いたします。銀行やクレジットカード会社の処理に時間がかかる場合がありますのでご了承ください。
Return Policy (English Version)
We accept returns within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@treasurecastle.online If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

Hazardous or flammable materials

Sale items and gift cards
Return shipping fees

Customer’s responsibility if the return is due to personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.).

Seller’s responsibility if the return is due to our fault (defective, damaged, wrong item, etc.).
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
